Where does the card pricing data come from?
All pricing data is sourced in real-time from eBay marketplace listings. Prices reflect actual listings and recent sales on eBay.
Is the app free to use?
Yes. Core features like browsing card prices, searching, and basic collection tracking are completely free. An optional one-time Pro upgrade ($14.99) unlocks advanced analytics, price charts, and unlimited collection management.
Is Pro a subscription?
No. Pro is a one-time purchase — pay once and keep all Pro features forever, including future updates. No recurring charges.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to make the original purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google. For Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, check your order history.
Can I delete my data?
WSCB does not require an account or collect personal data. Your card collection is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. If you have any concerns, contact us via email.
Why are some card prices unavailable?
If a card has no recent eBay listings, price data may not be available. Try searching with different terms (e.g., player name + card set). Prices update as new listings appear on eBay.
