1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the World Soccer Cardbin (WSCB) application (the "App"), developed by CardKick ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you and CardKick.

2 Eligibility

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are 13 or older. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App and make any in-app purchases.

In-app purchases require you to comply with the age requirements of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). These platforms may require users to be at least 18, or have parental approval, to make purchases.

3 License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CardKick grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App to any third party
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Circumvent or disable any licensing, rights management, or security features

4 Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App or third-party services it connects to
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code through the App
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use requirements.

5 In-App Purchases & Refund Policy

5.1 Pro Upgrade

The App is free to download and use with core features. A one-time optional Pro upgrade is available for $14.99 USD (or the equivalent local price in your region), which unlocks additional premium features. This is a one-time payment, not a subscription.

5.2 Processing & Billing

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (as applicable), and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. CardKick does not directly handle your payment information. Your purchase receipt will be issued by Apple or Google.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled entirely by Apple or Google, not by CardKick. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please request a refund through the applicable platform:

• Apple App Store: Report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com
• Google Play: Request a refund via the Google Play Order History

Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies. CardKick is unable to override or appeal platform refund decisions.

5.4 Price Changes

CardKick reserves the right to change the price of the Pro upgrade at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6 eBay Data Disclaimer

WSCB retrieves publicly available football card listing and sale data from the eBay Marketplace via the eBay API. This data is provided "as is" and may be subject to delay, inaccuracy, or unavailability.

Specifically:

• Prices are informational only. Displayed prices reflect recent or active eBay listings and do not guarantee that you can buy or sell any card at those prices.
• No affiliation with eBay. CardKick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay Inc. The eBay brand and logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.
• Data may be delayed or incomplete. Market conditions change rapidly; always verify current prices directly on eBay or another marketplace before making any buying or selling decisions.
• Not financial or investment advice. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Card values can go up or down.

CardKick accepts no liability for any losses or damages arising from reliance on pricing or listing data displayed in the App.

7 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, user interface, text, and other content created by CardKick, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by CardKick.

The name World Soccer Cardbin, WSCB, and the CardKick brand are trademarks of CardKick. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Football club names, player names, and card imagery displayed within the App may be subject to third-party intellectual property rights. Such content is used for informational, collectible-reference purposes only, and CardKick does not claim ownership over third-party marks, logos, or likenesses.

If you believe content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at sokahin25@gmail.com with details of the alleged infringement.

8 Third-Party Services

The App integrates or links to third-party services including:

• eBay API – for card listing and price data (eBay User Agreement)
• RevenueCat – for in-app purchase management (RevenueCat Terms)
• Apple App Store / Google Play – for app distribution and billing

These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CardKick is not responsible for the practices, content, or reliability of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The App may include links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience only and do not signify our endorsement of such sites. We have no responsibility for the content of linked external sites.

9 Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CardKick does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results obtained from use of the App will be accurate or reliable
• Card price data obtained via the eBay API will be current, complete, or accurate
• Any defects in the App will be corrected

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such cases, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CARDKICK, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON CARD PRICING OR MARKET DATA IN THE APP
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA

IN ALL CASES, CARDKICK'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CARDKICK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $14.99.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CardKick and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the App
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party

12 Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App from your device terminates your use. No account deletion is necessary as no account is created.

If you have purchased the Pro upgrade and uninstall the App, your entitlement is managed by RevenueCat and tied to your Apple ID or Google account. You may restore your purchase on a new device using the same account.

12.2 Termination by CardKick

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or applicable law. We also reserve the right to discontinue the App or any of its features at any time.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, disclaimers, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CardKick is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you agree that it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing an individual claim in small claims court, or from exercising your statutory rights under consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction (including EU consumer rights).

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via an in-app notification or App Store update notes.

Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
